Order Processing Time: All orders are carefully prepared, decanted, and packaged within 24 to 48 business hours from the time your order is confirmed.

Handover & Delivery: Once processed, your package is immediately handed over to our third-party courier service for dispatch.

Delivery Responsibility: Estimated delivery times are managed by the shipping provider. Please note that once a package has been handed over to the courier, any transit delays or logistical issues fall under the responsibility of the shipping company.
