Custom Handcrafted Orders: Every decant order is custom-made and prepared specifically upon request to maintain the highest perfume quality and freshness.

Order Confirmation & Deposit: Once an order is confirmed and the deposit (or payment) has been processed, the order enters our immediate production schedule.

No Cancellations or Modifications: Due to the personalized nature of our decanting process, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once confirmed and the deposit is made. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
